「商品トラブル」、これはECサイトを利用している人ならば多くの方が経験することかもしれません。
特に、使おうとしていた予定日までに届かなかったり（遅延）、思っていた商品とは違ったり（イメージ違い）などのケースは多いようです。
アリババなどを利用して商品を輸入する以上、到着の遅れや外箱の損傷などといったものは通常よくあることなので回避することは出来ませんが、実際に届いた製品に問題があった場合はどうしたらよいのでしょうか！？
Alibaba.comの保証制度
Alibaba.comには貿易保証制度があり、受け取った製品に問題がありサプライヤーとの間で決着がつかない場合にAlibaba.comの審判を仰ぐここができます。
返金請求は商品の到着から60日以内であれば申請が可能なので、製品の品質などをよく検証して画像などの証拠資料を作成する時間はあります。
返金申請は Order details などのページから Apply for refund をクリックして進みます。
Application detailsのフォームに従い入力します。
Describe your reason for refund in details（返金に関するあなたの主張）は英語で入力します。
証拠資料となる画像や動画は Add files、Add videos をクリックして添付します。
Continue をクリックすると Contact information の画面になるので入力をして Submit をクリックすれば申請は完了です。
返金請求してから審判がくだされるまでの流れ
